Select Pet Parent + Volunteer during onboarding. This creates the pet-parent role with an associated pending volunteer application.
Am I immediately approved as a volunteer?
No. Pet-parent access and volunteer activation are separate. Complete the volunteer registration and review process.
Can I keep my own pet’s care organised?
Yes. Begin with pet profiles, documents and everyday care, then continue volunteer setup separately.
